Swim4Life Swim Academy LLC (“we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information collected from our customers (“you” or “your”) respectfully and appropriately.

1. Services Provided

Swim4Life offers private and semi-private swim lessons designed to build confidence, improve technique, and promote water safety for swimmers of all ages.

We reserve the right to adjust, reschedule, or discontinue services as needed, with or without prior notice, based on weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances.

2. Use of Services

By enrolling in Swim4Life lessons, you agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all local laws, safety guidelines, and swim facility rules. Any behavior that risks the safety or well-being of others may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

3. Communication Terms (SMS & Email)

If you choose to receive updates via SMS or email:

You must opt in to receive messages. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages or unsubscribing from emails.Message frequency will match what was stated during signup.Standard message and data rates may apply.We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays or undelivered messages.

4. Participant Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to:

Provide accurate personal information, including health or special needs details.Arrive on time for lessons and notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.Follow pool safety rules and instructor directions at all times.Ensure children are supervised before and after each lesson.

5. Payment Terms

Lesson fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the scheduled session. Missed lessons without proper notice may be forfeited. Swim4Life reserves the right to suspend future lessons due to nonpayment.

6. Lesson Materials & Media

Any training materials, videos, or resources shared during lessons are for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission. Swim4Life may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes; you will have the option to opt out.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal or medical information shared with Swim4Life will be kept confidential and only used to ensure safe and effective instruction.

8. Liability Disclaimer

All lessons are provided with safety as our top priority. However, participation in swim activities carries some risk. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and release Swim4Life from liability for any injury, loss, or damage related to lesson participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel lessons with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to end services if safety rules are violated or behavior disrupts the learning environment. Unused lessons may be credited at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved under Idaho jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms

Swim4Life may update these terms from time to time. All updates will be posted on our website and take effect upon posting.
